Drummy Woods (Not at Drummy Woods!!)
We can’t use Drummy Woods because the blue bike trail has just been rebuilt and needs time to settle, so we are going back to Tarland Trails 2, on the Aberdeen road about 1.4km from the cafe.
Free registration and does not imply any commitment, but will speed up the registration process.
Pay when you collect your number.
6km, 200m climbing. £1 entry on the day (but see below). Last entry 7.15.
Minimum age 16.

Race Details
Runners will be required to have a good headtorch, and to carry full body cover, a map and compass (just in case they got lost in the woods at night in the middle of winter). A spare torch is also a really good idea.
As usual the course will be well marked with reflective flags.
If you think you will be coming to the race it would be very helpful if you could register in advance using the link above.
This is free and does not imply any commitment, but will speed up the registration process. Pay when you collect your number.
Pre-registration will give us and the cafe some idea of how many runners there are likely to be.
For the second year, we are proud to be sponsored by Out & Back Store in Aberdeen alongside Norwegian head torch brand Moonlight Mountain Gear, as well as Finnish footwear brand VJ Shoes. They are giving race entrants the opportunity to try out head torches and/or footwear for free at all of the event races. They will also be providing a prize for the male and female outright winners of the series. If you would like to take advantage of this offer, please e-mail info@outandbackstore.com once you have signed up for any of the races and they will confirm your test product for your chosen race(s).
